• You will be charged for the day your pet arrives and the day of departure, after 12 noon. Please note there is a minimum charge of 2 days boarding.
• Please call us for a breakdown of boarding costs.
• ALL DAYS BOOKED WILL BE CHARGED FOR.
• New customers will be required to pay a £30.00 non refundable deposit. This will be deducted from your bill on departure.

• Monday to Sunday 8.00am - 4.00pm. We board every day of the year, but are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day for viewing, collection and delivery.

• Your pet must be vaccinated, an up to date vaccination certificate must be produced when pets are bought in to board and left at the kennels during their stay. Re: Kennel cough (Infectious Tracheobronchitis) we no longer request this vaccine, but we do recommend it. We have no control over these contagious diseases.

• Whilst we do not make a charge for this service, we cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise from such a service.

During your pets stay with us at The Dogotel, you can be assured your pet will receive kindness care and attention. If by any chance your pet should become unwell or require veterinary attention we will always try to use your vet. Veterinary fees incurred for injury or illness to your pet in our care will be covered up to £1250.00 excluding pre-existing conditions.

Pets bedding, toys and other belongings are left at your own risk. Great care will be taken to keep these belongings safe. However they may become destroyed or lost and The Dogotel cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of your pet's personal belongings.

• Your dog/cat can be groomed during his/her stay. Price will depend on temperament, condition and breed. For more info and prices please click here.

Any pet which is left with The Dogotel and not collected within 7 days of the collection date, (unless otherwise agreed) will be deemed to have been abandoned. Action will be taken to cover the cost of boarding and local authority informed.
