You will be charged for the day your pet arrives and the day of departure, if collected after 12 noon ALL DAYS BOOKED WILL BE CHARGED FOR. PLEASE NOTE BOARDING IS CHARGED BY THE DAY.

OUR TIMES OF BUSINESS ARE
Monday to Sunday 8.00am - 4.00pm. We board every day of the year, but are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day for viewing, collection and delivery.

VACCINATIONS
Your pet must be vaccinated, an up to date vaccination certificate must be produced when pets are bought in to board and left at the kennels during their stay. Re: Kennel cough (Infectious Tracheobronchitis) Please read FAQ page. Consult your vet for further info. We have no control over these contagious diseases.

MEDICATION
Whilst we do not make a charge for this service, we cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise from such a service.

PETS WELFARE / INSURANCE

During your pets stay with us at The Dogotel, you can be assured your pet will receive kindness care and attention. Our insurance will not cover illness / injuries beyond our control. Ie: Kennel Cough, upset tummies, stress related problems, Pulls, strains, bumps, cuts when they are doing what dogs do, Pre-existing conditions. Any vet bills will need to be covered by yourself or your own insurance company. We can only cover issues caused by Dogotel negligence and owner will be liable for £75.00 on any claim.

GROOMING
Your dog/cat can be groomed during his/her stay. Price will depend on temperament, condition and breed. For more info and prices please go to the Scruffy 2 Fluffy page. We will take the info regarding the groom on behalf of the groomers and ask you to sign the sheet to cover what you have requested. If  we do not understand the requirements we will take you over to the groomers where it can be discussed.

Any pet which is left with The Dogotel and not collected within 7 days of the collection date, (unless otherwise agreed) will be deemed to have been abandoned. Action will be taken to cover the cost of boarding and local authority informed.
